Job Description

Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Store Technical Service Representative (3), which we call an In Store Service Agent 3. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

What you’ll do: 

  • Create an amazing customer experience by assisting with electronic products diagnosis, testing and repair 

  • Provide information and expert advice to customers on Best Buy products and services 

  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services 

  • Coach and support your team on sales and customer service techniques

  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment 

  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers 

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment  

  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
