Your Role
As a member of a team focused on it technology and infrastructure, you will empower SAP Commerce Cloud global development teams to effectively focus their efforts on developing, delivering, and continuously improving our SAP Commerce business solutions.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As the primary DevOps engineer and technical lead of a team, you will be heavily involved in provisioning and maintaining an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) solution to enable the execution of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines in hyperscale cloud infrastructures (including Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and SAP Converged Cloud). All SAP Commerce development teams benefit from these pipelines. As a cloud infrastructure team, we use the latest open source technologies and DevOps best practices to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable IaaS solutions.
This requires working collaboratively with various teams and internal customers in different time zones throughout the project lifecycle.
This position will have the following responsibilities:
• You will work in an agile (Kanban) team.
• You will contribute to design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure a secure, reliable, and very high availability infrastructure.
• As a technical lead, you will not only need to make decisions with your team, but also responsible for internal communications, knowledge sharing, and the organization of related implementations.
• You will work at flexible times to effectively collaborate with team members in different time zones (currently, EST, CST, IST).
The team also provides telephone support to ensure the availability of the infrastructure at all times.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalence through the combination of your curriculum and experience.

- Vous contribuerez à la conception, l'implémentation et la maintenance pour garantir une infrastructure sécurisée, fiable et à très haute disponibilité.
- En qualité de responsable technique, vous devrez non seulement prendre des décisions avec votre équipe, mais aussi vous charger des communications internes, du partage des connaissances et de l'organisation des implémentations associées.
- Vous travaillerez selon des horaires flexibles afin de collaborer efficacement avec les membres d'équipes situés dans différents fuseaux horaires (actuellement, EST, CST, IST).
L'équipe assure également un support téléphonique pour garantir en permanence la disponibilité de l'infrastructure.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, ou équivalence grâce à la combinaison de votre cursus et de votre expérience
