As part of our growing Canadian Salesforce practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations transform how they engage with their customers. Our elite delivery team is focused on designing and implementing unique solutions for the market that leverage the full breadth of the Salesforce platform offering.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager, Salesforce Functional Consultant with proven experience designing and implementing innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform. This is a critical role on any project and requires a blend of business acumen and technical capability.

What you will do
As a Functional Consultant in our Salesforce Practice, you will use your strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team. You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry specialists and improve your skills through the following activities:
  • Contribute to the development of CRM strategies, defining implementation roadmaps, and proposing client solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with architects to design overall application architecture and solution designs, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and functional designs.
  • Lead client sessions, extracting the business requirements necessary to adequately map processes to relevant Salesforce functionalities.
  • R efine business requirements, in collaboration with technical and client teams, into order to create a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
  • Share experience and best practices with the client around implementation approach, methodology , risk mitigation, or other critical areas related to solution implementation.
  • Responding to pre-sales and technical questions to provide product and business expertise to assist team in preparing and presenting proposals, RFP responses, and tailored demonstrations.
What you bring to the role
  • 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries .
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology .
  • Bachelor's degr ee in computer science , information systems, business or similar field.
  • Attention to detail and strong business acumen to solve complex business requirements, capture desired outcomes, and communicate platform benefits.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Staying current on Salesforce platform capabilities/offerings and related technologies.

Nice to Have s :

  • One of Salesforce's core consulting certifications .
  • Experience working with Salesforce AppExchange ISV partner products .
