We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator with video production experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and video production, including filming and editing. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to the development and execution of engaging and effective marketing campaigns, support the management of various social media platforms, and assist with the conceptualization, filming, and editing of video content for promotional purposes.

This role works in collaboration with members of our GVA and National marketing and communications teams, to support the firm's strategic and operational digital and content marketing priorities.

This is an entry-level position with potential and room for growth. Our ideal candidate is motivated by the diversity of work, functions well under pressure, and has capabilities with current digital platforms and technologies

What you will do
Digital m arketing c ampaigns:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated marketing initiatives that support overall business goals and objectives .
Content c reation:
  • Assist with the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, such as blog posts, social media content, email communication , and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate on the development of creative concepts for video content, including promotional videos and social media clips.
  • Contribute to the development of scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
Social m edia m anagement:
  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement .
  • Assist with the management of KPMG social media accounts, contributing to content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Collaborate on the analysis of social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Video p roduction:
  • Participate in the filming and production of high-quality video content, utilizing professional equipment and techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with editing video content using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, incorporating graphics, animations, and sound effects.
  • Oversee project timelines and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of video content.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of the performance of digital marketing efforts, contributing to reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate on data-driven insights to propose recommendations for improving marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Staying Current:
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and video production.
  • Continuously explore new ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns and content creation.
What you bring to the role
  • Post Secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and video production.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative marketing strategies and content ideas.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing campaigns and video production work.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
In British Columbia, the expected base salary range for this position is $46,500 to $70,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
